Buzz Radar launches ‘world’s first’ emotionally responsive ad billboard at Cannes Lions (Marketing Tech)

Caracol TV buys stake in JCDecaux’s Colombian unit (Market Watch)

Colombian TV channel operator Caracol Television SA (CARACOLTV.BO) has acquired a 25% stake in the local unit of French outdoor advertising giant JCDecaux SA (DEC.FR) for about 8.4 million euros ($9.45 million), the French company said Monday.
