Lamar Increases Dividend 33% to $1.00 Per Share (Billboard Insider)

Billboard Insider’s Take:  Yet another signal that Lamar has put Covid in the rear view mirror.  Lamar’s dividend is back to pre-Covid levels.  The payout equates to a 3.5% yield on the company’s common stock price of $114.66.  Here’s the dividend history of Lamar, Outfront and Clear Channel since December 2019.  Clear Channel doesn’t pay dividends.  Lamar and Outfront cut dividends during Covid.  Lamar has resumed the dividend as the roadside billboard business has recovered.  Billboard Insider expects OUTFRONT to do the same over the next year as the transit and urban billboard sectors recover. […]
