MediaPost: U.S. Ad Market Forecast 2016: slow for TV, radio but OOH will continue to rise

Out-of-home media will continue to increase, rising $7.50 billion this year from $7.31 in 2015. Hanoi tightens control of OOH advertising displays (Vietnamnet)
