The Spring Conference by Independent Billboard Operators’ trade body is probably the only invitation-only event in the OOH industry (Billboard Insider)

The event is being held at the Intercontinental Kansas City at the Plaza  located next to the Country Club Plaza. The IBO is expecting 231 attendees at the conference, representing 120 companies and organizations including 32 vendor companies.
