OOH ad operator Rouge Media signs beacon agreement with mobile ad firm Blue Bite (Adnews)
Rouge Media of Toronto has formed an agreement with Blue Bite of New York to incorporate its mobile beacon system into Rouge's inventory of out-of-home displays.
